All refund requests shall be sent via email to kitchenlister@gmail.com. Please include the term "refund request" in the subject line.
We offer a money back guarantee within 14 calendar days of purchase. Users can request a full refund for any reason within this timeframe. Accounts will be downgraded to free account status immediately upon processing the refund request.
Between 15 and 335 days, inclusive, after the original date of purchase, partial refunds will be issued on a monthly basis.
Example: If you sign up for an annual account on March 12 for $38.36 ($35 + $3.36 sales tax) and request a refund in writing on September 20, you will receive a partial refund of $15.98 ($14.58 + $1.40 sales tax) and your full account status will remain active until October 12. On October 12, your account will be downgraded to a free account.
No refunds will be processed after 335 days from the original date of purchase.
